It is recommended to seek counselling if one or more of the following happens -

You stop doing the activities that you normally enjoy doing
The number of sessions required would depend on the nature and severity of the issue.
Some clients need about 4-8 sessions while others may need around 10 – 12 sessions to achieve worthwhile benefit and relief from their distress.
The first session is about making a connection with the therapist - he/she will spend some time getting to know you and the issues that led you to seek therapy. You are also encouraged to ask any questions that you have regarding therapy.
Cancellations can be made upto 24 hrs before the session failing which the client has to pay the full fee for the session. Counselling can also be done via phone or skype.
Counselling sessions are very confidential. It is only if you pose a threat to yourself or others that relavent person will be contacted.
if you require to talk to the counsellor before or outside your scheduled slot, you need to book another appointment.
Appointments can be booked either over the phone or through email.
Fees depend on the nature and duration of the therapy. therapy. This will be discussed in the first session itself. Payment can be made by cash, net banking or cheque.
